Question 1

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Billing in your settings, with no commitment. You keep PRO until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Question 2

What happens when the launch price ends?

Accepted Answer

If you subscribe before February 1, 2027, you pay €14.99/month or €149/year until then. From your first renewal after that date, the price is €19.99/month or €199/year.

Question 3

Is VAT included? Will I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Every price includes VAT. Each payment comes with an invoice you can download from Billing, and if you're a business you can add your tax ID at checkout.

Question 4

What if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. PRO starts as soon as you pay, so we refund the part you haven't used. Just write to us.

Question 5

What happens to my pitches if I go back to Basic?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. Your most recent public pitch stays published, and the rest become drafts you can still edit. You choose which pitch stays public from your dashboard.
